It is amazing how far the world has gone to explore and participate in the affairs of the spiritual realm than many Christians are dream about.

Recently I was watching a video, and, in this video, a lady gets a fortune cookie that tells her that something romantic was going to happen to her, and that very month that her boyfriend proposed to her.

That video got me thinking, was it a coincidence that this lady’s boyfriend proposed to her in the same month she got a fortune cookie telling her that something romantic was going to happen to her?

It wasn’t because she is not the only one who has experienced such a phenomenon. Many consult their horoscopes and the very things they read sometimes happen to them; someone has access to some wisdom that by looking at the stars and the consolations, they are able to predict the future of individuals, this is deeply spiritual though on the devilish.

People without a relationship with our God are so functional in the spirit world that many have followed them more than the ways of our faith. Just look how many people read their horoscopes from time to time and sadly some Christians do the same which is ashaming.

Despite their access to such spiritual matters, they have access to lower truths and sometimes forbidden knowledge because they don’t behold the fuller picture. A typical illustration is this, through the reading of the stars and the constellation, they can only tell events that are going to happen without understanding their purpose, and why they happen and give no hope to their followers to a way of designing another path to reverse its consequences.

God on the other hand has designed us as Christians to know what is going to happen because of the Holy Spirit living in us, but also to have an understanding of why they happen and not forgetting the wisdom to either accept it or design another alternative.

Psalm 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom (KJV)

The psalmist understood what this experience is, Christians carry the power to change their future to fit the plan of God for their lives.

So, with this understanding, we face the world, not as people who live in a space where we cannot determine what befalls us, it is what it is; but to understand and appreciate the power God has given us to determine and design our own world.

And just like the world has access to all these spiritual realities, we have no excuse, we should embrace the spirit world and understand its responsibility because we live in those worlds.

Galatians 5:25 If you live in the spirit, walk we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit in the spirit also. (KJV)

The world visits the spirit world, but we live there, and with constant exercise, we are able to navigate its streets and participate in its affairs to bring about the greater good to the kingdom of God.

We only stagger when we don’t participate in the spirit world because the world has undoubtedly advanced in the knowledge of the evil and corrupted spirit worlds that we as Christians have to step in and make the way straight.

Instead of the world visiting their horoscopes they should consult us as Christians because we carry the higher authority to not only see but also to determine and appoint the future. That’s being a prophet to the nation.

You should never again wake up to a bad day or bad week because you design how your day is going to be and this starts by us participating in the spirit realm what better way than to start from the place of knowledge and wisdom?
